Licence terms

These terms apply to every product you buy from the Codeventure Store, sold by Codeventure Infotech, Porbandar, Gujarat, India, through our reseller Freemius.

1. What you’re buying

Each purchase gives you a licence key for the product, plan, number of sites and term you chose at checkout. While the licence is active it gives you access to premium features, product updates and support.

The product code itself is distributed under the GPL-2.0-or-later licence unless the product states otherwise. The licence key, updates, support, documentation, images and branding are provided under these terms.

2. Sites

You may activate the licence on as many websites as your plan allows. Development and staging sites (such as localhost or staging subdomains) usually don’t count towards the limit. You can move a licence from one site to another by deactivating it on the old site first.

3. Term, renewals and updates

• Annual and monthly licences renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel auto-renewal in your account. If a licence expires, the product keeps working on your sites, but you stop receiving updates, premium features that need an active licence, and support.
• Lifetime licences include updates and support for as long as the product is maintained, with no renewal charges.

4. Support

Support covers help installing, configuring and using the product, and fixing bugs. It doesn’t cover custom development, third-party plugins or themes, or hosting problems, although we’ll always try to point you in the right direction. Email info@codeventure.co.in.

5. Acceptable use

You may not share, resell or publish your licence key, or use the product to break the law. We may deactivate licence keys that are shared or abused.

6. Warranty and liability

The products are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep them reliable, but we can’t guarantee they will be error-free or work with every theme, plugin or server. Always keep backups of your site. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Payments and refunds

Orders are processed by Freemius, Inc., which acts as reseller and Merchant of Record and handles payment, sales tax/VAT and invoices. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
